What ScopeFS handles
We relay file contents when you fetch them, and we never examine them. Everything else on this page is still being written.
What we will need to state
- Account data: what a signup collects, and what it does not
- Credential metadata: who holds a key, and when it was issued
- Usage records: what is counted, and whether counts are personal
- Stored objects: whether any part of a file is read or indexed
- Sub-processors, retention, and where data is stored
Files you store
Your files stay in your own storage. Fetch one through the S3 endpoint and its contents pass through ScopeFS. Relayed, never examined, indexed, or kept.
