Tell us what is going wrong
The more specific the problem, the more useful the reply. A deployment, a permission you cannot get right, or a credential you need to rotate faster — all better than a general enquiry.
Address pending — see contract 9.4. A published address that bounces is a support incident we create ourselves.
What happens next
Messages go to a person, not a queue. Expect a reply that either answers the question or says plainly who can answer it.
